“MOVE enabled us to translate our staff health benefits survey to four non-English languages. These translations enabled us to build out our survey in a capacity that will allow disenfranchised staff to access the survey and for their voices to be heard in a way that previous surveys did not. Without this crucial translation, we would again be minimizing or discounting the input of hundreds of UVA employees that don’t utilize English as their primary language.”
